About the position

We are searching for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing HR team in our Sandy Springs Headquarters. In this role, you will provide HR leadership to business units or corporate functional areas, which may include: recruiting, selection and staffing, job evaluation, compensation, and benefits. You will assist in the development, implementation, and communication of human resources policies and procedures and prepare reports in conformance with legislated requirements or organization needs. This role is based out of our Sandy Springs, Georgia corporate headquarters. It's a hybrid opportunity, 3 days in office.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a business leader in all instances, with HR tools in their toolkit to enable the business to achieve (and over-achieve) their goals.
  • Provide broad-based human resources leadership tailored to the needs of the business adding value for the full employee lifecycle.
  • Work across the organization to ensure optimal organizational structure both for the current organization and future organizational state.
  • Drive employee engagement, including effectively handling employee relations issues, identifying root causes and proactively remediating where possible.
  • Act as a touchpoint for all levels of assigned client groups.
  • Partner with stakeholders to lead the planning, development, communication, and implementation of the entire talent management process.
  • Partner with our Talent Acquisition team to ensure roles are correctly defined for recruiting and candidate selection.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • 3 to 5 years of Human Resources Business Partner experience.
  • Experience with talent acquisition, employee engagement, employee onboarding, and management coaching.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate, coach, and influence at all levels of the organization, including the executive level.
  • Proven strong change management skills individually and across an organization.
  • Experience with organizational design methodologies.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Proven ability to drive difficult conversations to effective resolution.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Visio a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Franchising experience a plus.
  • Project management experience a plus.
  • Graduate level degree preferred.
  • SHRM or PHR certifications preferred.
