About The Position
Sedron Technologies is hiring a talented Human Resources Business Partner! Preferred Location: Midwest-based (Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, or nearby). Want to make a big impact without relocating across the country? We're especially excited to connect with HR professionals already located near our Midwest operations—ideally within an hour’s drive of one of our facilities—so you can be close to the action and help support our teams on the ground. While this role is primarily remote, it does require regular travel to our sites to foster strong relationships and provide hands-on HR support where it matters most. Founded in 2014 and headquartered in the Pacific Northwest, Sedron Technologies designs, manufactures, installs, and operates advanced water and waste upcycling technologies. With a focus on transforming the paradigm from waste processing to resource recovery, Sedron Technologies works with municipal, agricultural, and industrial customers to process their "waste" into climate-smart commodities through environmentally and financially sustainable methods. The HR Business Partner – Operations & Site Support plays a hands-on role in supporting employees and managers across Sedron’s facilities. This position focuses on day-to-day HR execution, with a strong emphasis on site-based support, employee engagement, and maintaining a consistent and positive workplace experience across all locations.
