About The Position

The HR Business Partner, Talent & Compensation, is part of the HR team that supports Abax Health. This role is responsible for ensuring the specific HR functions of Recruiting and Compensation is handled within the Abax organization. This position will support the business in finding, recruiting, hiring and retaining talented candidates. The HRBP role requires a blend of interpersonal skills, knowledge of employee wage laws and requirements, and also serves as the key point of contact for headcount acquisition, career mapping, and market survey compensation related areas. This role will partner with other key team members to fulfill HR recruiting, onboarding, compensation and career mapping functions including behavioral and job-related assessments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years as a Human Resource professional
  • Bachelor’s degree, Human Resources preferred
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills.
  • A passion for Human Resources

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and screening candidates to fill open position
  • Courting top candidates
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Developing strategies and plans for talent acquisition, including assessment methodologies and programs as necessary and appropriate
  • Designing the most effective recruiting channels, including relationships with outside vendors as necessary and appropriate
  • Managing posts on job boards, such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter.
  • Controlling large-scale recruitment campaigns and projects
  • Drafting proposals and escalating as appropriate
  • Creating and maintaining job tracking reports for the executive leadership team
  • Promoting the company’s brand
  • Assessing the organization’s pay structure by researching compensation trends and reviewing surveys to determine comparisons by industry and region
  • Supporting communication measures to foster effective verbal and written communications across the Abax organization.
  • Coaching and supporting managers in providing answers and feedback as it relates to Recruiting & Compensation issues.
  • Promoting a positive work environment by addressing people leaders and managers issues and maintaining open communication.
  • Maintaining precise and confidential records of pay data and employee information.
  • Assists in the staffing process as a team player for recruiting and onboarding.
  • Assists and provides input in analyzing trends in recruiting and compensation as it pertains to the larger area of rewards and recognition.
