Billtrust is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) which is a key partner to managers and leaders, supporting organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and business performance through strong day-to-day partnership. This role works closely with designated groups to understand business priorities, organizational dynamics, and talent needs; delivering practical, scalable people solutions aligned to company strategy and culture. As an embedded partner, the HRBP helps leaders strengthen team performance, navigate employee relations, build talent pipelines, and implement consistent people practices. The HRBP collaborates with Centers of Excellence (Talent, Total Rewards, People Operations) to execute programs and deliver integrated support, while continuing to grow their capability in leadership coaching, workforce planning, and organizational development.
