Under the guidance of the National Director of Human Resources Operations, the Human Resources Business Partner will serve as a vital member of the HR team responsible for fostering a positive and productive workplace environment. This role focuses heavily on employee relations and ensures HR practices align with our organization’s mission, values, and strategic goals. The HRBP will support various HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR systems, serving as a key point of contact for employees and leaders. Essential Responsibilities and Competencies Success Metrics Performance in this role will be evaluated based on timely resolution of employee relations cases, compliance audit readiness, onboarding effectiveness, system accuracy, and feedback from internal stakeholders. Note: Given the breadth of responsibilities, workload prioritization will be coordinated with the National Director of HR Operations to ensure balanced expectations across employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and HRIS functions.
