The Human Resources Business Partner serves as a key member of Client's team by partnering with them to drive business strategy through the Human Resources function for Client leaders and employees, including employee relations, employee counseling and corrective action, labor relations, performance management and employee engagement. Collaborates with Areas of Expertise to provide strategic support to Client. Supports the development, integration and implementation of Business Unit and HR policies and practices.
