Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; 3+ years of HR experience preferred.
• Expertise in employment law, HR systems, and conflict resolution.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach with integrity, discretion, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage key HR processes, including employee relations, compliance, and talent development.
• Partner with leadership to address concerns, foster communication, and drive performance.
• Provide guidance on benefits, leave management, and workplace safety.
• Stay current on HR trends, ensuring compliance and introducing best practices.
• Lead training sessions and initiatives that promote growth and engagement.
