We’re looking for an HR Business Partner who can be that steady hand — someone who thrives in complexity, isn’t afraid of hard conversations, and can guide leaders through real-world HR challenges with clarity and sound judgment. Position Overview The HR Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to our network of Member Companies (“MCs”), supporting them across all core HR disciplines. This role balances strategic partnership with hands-on execution and requires someone who can toggle between big-picture thinking and detailed compliance work. This role reports to the Director of HR.
