We can’t wait to meet you! The HR Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to employees and leaders, aligning people strategies with organizational objectives. This role provides expert guidance on organizational effectiveness, leadership development, manages complex employee relations cases, while ensuring best in class employee experience. The Senior HR Partner leads key HR initiatives, influences senior leadership, and serves as a mentor and resource for junior HR team members. Job Summary Act as a strategic consultant to leaders, driving alignment between business goals and HR strategies, while optimizing the employee experience. Provide coaching and consultation to leaders on performance management, employee relations, corrective actions, PIPs, and terminations, leadership effectiveness and organization culture. Oversee and resolve the most complex employee relations issues, ensuring consistency, fairness, and risk mitigation. Lead initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, culture, and retention; analyze turnover data and recommend actions. Deliver and support HR training programs on topics such as leadership development, conflict resolution, and policy compliance. Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and job descriptions to ensure legal compliance and organizational consistency. Serve as a subject matter expert in employment law, compliance, and HR policies; ensure consistent application across the organization. Partner with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to align policies and processes with hiring leaders. Participate in continuous improvement efforts and the creation/revision/maintenance of HR SOPs. Mentor and support the development of Associate HR Partners and HR Partners. May contribute to enterprise-wide HR initiatives. Perform other duties as needed to advance business and HR goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Advanced HR certification strongly preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including conducting complex investigations.
  • 3+ years of proven ability to partner with senior leaders at multiple levels to influence outcomes and drive results.
  • 2+ years of demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and managing organizational change based on business objectives and performance trends.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and HR best practices.
  • Ability to manage and resolve complex employee relations cases.
  • Skilled in influencing and coaching leaders to improve performance and engagement.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
