As an IDT&S HRBP, you will work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, drive talent development, and support a high-performance culture in this technical space. You will play a key role in workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, leadership coaching, and employee engagement, ensuring that IDT&S talent is supported and empowered to drive innovation and transformation. This role requires a proactive HR Business Partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at balancing competing priorities, and is passionate about both HR partnership and driving organizational impact. This position can be based in Seattle, WA; Everett, WA; North Charleston, SC; Chicago, IL; Hazelwood, MO; Miami, FL or Plano, TX. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
