The HRBP will work closely with management teams in building organizational and people capabilities, helping to shape and implement effective HR strategies and programs. They will develop partnerships across the Arizona facilities to deliver a value-added service reflecting business objectives. The role holder maintains an effective level of business literacy about the Arizona facilities’ operational capabilities, performance, and culture. He/she is a strategic contributor who understands and plays a key role in achieving the vision, mission, goals, and results of the organization.
