About The Position

1. Conducts implementation and monitoring activities for a variety of HR programs; typically supports multiple teams/ department within a function. 2. Identifies opportunities to enhance the employee experience and partners with management to develop and implement innovative and sustainable solutions. 3. Implements talent management strategies and assists with training on performance management, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development etc. 4. Analyzes HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders on workforce trends, employee performance, and HR strategy effectiveness. 5. Works closely with leaders to identify and develop internal talent and helps identify opportunities for high potentials to stretch and learn in areas across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and four years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
