We seek a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) with high integrity and professionalism who can join our Human Resources (HR) team in our Texas office. The HRBP works under the guidance of the HR Program Manager to develop employee capabilities and improve the performance of business operations within a designated client program by partnering with the Regional Account Manager. This will include facilitating and implementing key HR strategies and client-specific initiatives to recruit, hire, retain and develop the workforce throughout the United States and future Surefox international locations. In addition, the HRBP will support the administrative activities for a variety of company sponsored programs to include all benefits programs such as medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, COBRA, life insurance, disability, 401(k), and wellness. The HRBP will develop and implement process improvements in the HR department's service support provided to their teams and assist with day-to-day operations as well as showcase their communication, employee relations expertise, and organizational skills to ensure our client is appropriately supported and able to contribute to the business strategies and Surefox's overall mission and values. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter with impeccable organizational skills, excellent communication and pays close attention to detail.
