Reporting to the Senior Director, Human Resources and Learning & Development, the HR Business Partner (Customer Success and Support) is an HR SME and partner to a critical function that is at the forefront of delivering our promise of providing an incredible customer experience. This role is also a steward of our Employee Vision - that every employee has a sense of belonging, a voice that is heard, and a clear path to success. As part of the larger HR Organization, the HR Business Partnering Team is closely aligned with the various business functions and their respective leaders. Our HR Business Partners provide leading HR and business expertise along all of the key moments within the employee life cycle that ultimately impact our 1600 employees, including Talent Management and Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and more.
