As a Human Resource Business Partner, you'll work alongside a Senior HR Business Partner to support over 350 Software Engineers, serving as a trusted advisor on all things people-related. You understand that building strong, lasting relationships is key to influencing decision-making and driving meaningful change. Thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments, you embrace ambiguity and collaborate closely with department leaders and the broader HR team to enhance the employee experience at every stage of the employee life cycle. In this role, you'll partner with the Senior HRBP to manage key HR processes, including performance reviews, employee development, hiring, succession planning, and employee relations for your assigned groups. Your goal? Ensuring a top-tier employee experience that aligns with our long-term business objectives-helping us retain top talent and uphold our reputation as a fantastic place to work. As a key HR resource, you'll provide personalized support to managers, and employees, addressing both individual and broader organizational needs. Whether coaching leaders, resolving employee concerns, or supporting strategic HR initiatives, you'll work in tandem with the Senior HRBP to drive positive outcomes. This position will be based out of our HQ office in Tysons and will report to the Manager, Human Resources, who oversees the Platforms HR Business Partner team. We value in-person collaboration and require working from the office Monday - Thursday each week.
