We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join our Human Resources team and you will report to the SR HR Manager. You will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role requires a proactive approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position is located in Visalia, CA, onsite is required, remote work is not available. The HR Business Partner will deliver an organized HR service to our company by identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing relevant HR plans that support a motivated and directed workforce allowing the business to function and fulfill our needs. This is a hands-on role based in our Riverside, California facility. You will oversee HR for around employees located in California with scattered remote employees in Florida, Texas, North Carolina, Washington, and other states. The responsibilities will vary from monthly reporting to hands-on transactional and operational activities while always looking at continuous improvement opportunities in the Human Resources function and its effect on our organization. You will also provide experience concerning HR best practices. Furthermore, the HRBP will help to ensure that internal processes follow Company Policy and applicable standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Minimum of - years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a manufacturing or technology environment.
  • Knowledge in CA labor law.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and payroll processing.

Responsibilities

  • Support various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
