Responsibilities

• Build a partner relationship with management in the supported organizations.
• Handle employee relations initiatives in partnership with the Employee Relations Specialist.
• Drive the execution of all components of the employee lifecycle in collaboration with the Learning and Development team.
• Identify high-potential employees and advise leaders on retention and growth strategies.
• Provide consultation on organizational design and structure to optimize business outcomes.
• Partner with the recruiting team to support hiring and ensure an exceptional onboarding experience.
• Leverage data to support program designs and prioritize people-related initiatives.

Benefits

• Base salary range of $96,000.00 - $120,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable.
