About The Position

The Human Resources Business Partner position at the State of Minnesota involves providing strategic HR support and consultation to management and staff within the Department of Human Services. Requirements

• 3 years of human resources experience in labor relations/employee relations, strategic planning, talent acquisition, job analysis, and compensation.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Management, or a related field can substitute for 1 year of experience.

• Serve as a lead HR representative and strategic partner with assigned business partner managers and stakeholders.
• Provide full cycle recruiting and implement strategies for attracting and retaining talent.
