About The Position
Illuminate USA, a new standalone joint venture established by two global leaders in renewable energy, is building one of the largest solar panel manufacturing factories in the Western Hemisphere. This 1.1 million-square-foot factory is currently in the advanced stages of preparation in the Columbus, Ohio area. Illuminate USA is seeking highly motivated team members to help the company grow from a startup to a full-scale, industry-leading manufacturer with $1B - $2B expected annual revenue and over 1,200 associates in less than two years. We are currently looking for a Human Resources Business Partner for our new factory in Pataskala, Ohio. The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for assisting in aligning human resources practice with business objectives within designated business units. The HR Business Partner (HRBP) formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and associates that reflect the organization's business objectives and play a key role in developing people strategy to maximize business goals. The HR Business Partner (HRBP) maintains an effective level of business literacy regarding its plans, policies, culture, and competition.
