About The Position

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning people strategies with organizational goals to drive performance, engagement, and growth. This role blends strategic advisory responsibilities with hands-on HR execution, supporting workforce planning, performance management, organizational design, and employee relations. You will collaborate with leaders to strengthen team effectiveness, enhance leadership capability, and build consistent people practices across departments. The HRBP ensures compliance, fosters a positive employee experience, and helps shape a culture of accountability, trust, and inclusion. This is a high-impact, fully remote role where your guidance and expertise directly influence organizational success and employee engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including business partner or HR generalist responsibilities.
  • Proven ability to coach leaders and influence decision-making without direct authority.
  • Strong communication, judgment, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in high-growth, PE-backed, SaaS, healthcare, or technology organizations.
  • Experience supporting multi-location or global teams and managing change effectively.
  • Familiarity with engagement surveys, performance management programs, and organizational design principles.
  • Ability to balance strategic initiatives with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals, challenges, and talent needs, providing insights and recommendations to drive performance and engagement.
  • Influence people initiatives, including workforce planning, hiring strategies, succession planning, and role clarity, to support scalable growth.
  • Advise on performance management, coaching, and leadership development to enhance accountability and team effectiveness.
  • Serve as a key point of escalation for employee relations issues, conducting investigations and ensuring fair, consistent application of HR policies and employment laws.
  • Support organizational change, growth initiatives, and process improvements, translating company strategies into actionable plans for teams.
  • Promote a culture of trust, inclusion, and engagement, partnering on employee surveys, engagement initiatives, and action planning.
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to optimize workforce performance.
