About The Position

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) at Bryan Health plays a crucial role in providing support and solutions across a wide range of human resource services, particularly focusing on employee relations. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field required.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in human resources with an emphasis on employee relations required.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Eight (8) years of related experience in HR leadership or business partner role may be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance to management on the coaching and corrective action program, including disciplinary issues and terminations.
  • Design and execute employee recognition and retention programs.
  • Train and coach management staff on handling employee issues to improve relations and performance.
  • Ensure effective and consistent administration of employee relations policies and procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal legal requirements in HR actions.
  • Improve communication effectiveness between HR and all departments and employees.
  • Stay updated on Employee Health Service functions, including workers' compensation and FMLA use.
  • Manage Nebraska Unemployment issues related to former employees.
  • Communicate changes in the HR profession to internal customers.
