The Human Resources Business Partner Administrator job assists with general routine human resources services spanning data administration, position management, learning administration, time and attendance, performance monitoring, benefits and other transactions to ensure the successful operations of the organization's human resources administrative services. Working under general supervision for routine administrative tasks, this job assists employees and managers by addressing questions and contributes to the completion of human resources services administration activities.

  • Assists employees and managers by providing timely and accurate responses to employee questions and inquiries about employee benefits programs and human resources policies.
  • Gathers data to assist in the preparation of reports measuring the effectiveness and quality of human resources services.
  • Assists with projects related to process optimization and standardization, including implementing accountability measures and processes to ensure compliance.
  • Supports or performs routine data entry into one or more systems and maintains accurate records and reports related to the leave of absence process, time and attendance.
  • Assists with the implementation of new hire, termination, and other employee lifecycle related processes.
  • Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • One year of customer service experience
  • Experience in Human resources
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Experience in a union environment
  • Bilingual Spanish-English
