About The Position

The HRBP will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our recruiting, sourcing and on-boarding processes as well as our core training programs, initiatives and strategies to support the organization's goals. This position requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, employee relations, and talent management. This position will lead BBYO’s Fellowship Program that focuses specifically on college graduates to join a 2-year cohort. You will act as trusted staff to both employees and leadership, providing insights, guidance, and support to the program. You will collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization to implement programs that drive employee growth, engagement, and retention, ensuring that early career employees receive the mentorship and development opportunities they need to thrive. As a member of the HR team, you will work closely with leadership and employees to foster a positive work culture, ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, and drive employee engagement and performance. This position will report to the Chief People Officer of BBYO and will be a part of the Talent Team.
