About the roleWe are excited to announce a new opportunity for an HRBP within our Orica Speciality Mining Chemicals team. The HR Business Partner (HRBP) Winnemucca provides HR leadership and business partnering support to enable the safe, compliant and effective operation of the Winnemucca Manufacturing Site. The role partners closely with site leadership to deliver Orica’s business objectives and people strategy through expert HR, ER and legally compliant advice, strong manager capability uplift, and execution of change processes. With a strong on site presence, the HRBP plays a critical role in maintaining a safe and appropriately resourced plant, supporting site growth, leading local HR integration and change activities, and ensuring consistent application of HR policy and governance frameworks. This role also provides remote HRBP support to a small number of leaders in other parts of North America.
