About The Position

The Human Resources Business Analyst will provide support for Time Management and Labor, HRIS implementations, upgrades, testing, and post-launch optimization and maintenance. This includes working with systems such as UKG Pro Workforce Management, UKG Human Resources Service Delivery, Ga@Work, HR Dashboards, and Cross Reference Tables (CRT). The role involves completing the roll-out of HRSD (digital files), Pro WFM, and Workforce Advanced Scheduler to remaining hospital locations, as well as responding to SAO requests for data migration and clean-ups related to the implementation of GA@Work. The analyst will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned areas of responsibility, which include UKG Pro WFM, Advanced Scheduler, HRSD, and Ga@Work. Responsibilities also include analyzing information to determine customer requirements and concerns, performing systems integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), conducting data imports and exports, maintaining and updating CRTs and reference materials, responding to customer inquiries, collaborating with IT and stakeholders to resolve issues, and assisting in the development of standards and procedures while staying informed about changes in the business community.

Requirements

  • Experience with Power BI (2 years required)
  • Experience with Microsoft applications (3 years required)
  • Experience with a project team responsible for roll-out or migration of data at the enterprise level (3 years required)
  • General experience with excellent customer service, problem-solving, documentation, and follow-up skills (3 years required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required)
  • PMP certification (must upload active certification) (required)
  • Business analyst experience (3 years required)

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for Time Management and Labor, HRIS implementations, upgrades, testing, and post-launch optimization.
  • Complete roll-out of HRSD, Pro WFM, and Workforce Advanced Scheduler to remaining hospital locations.
  • Respond to SAO requests for data migration and clean-ups related to GA@Work implementation.
  • Act as SME for UKG Pro WFM, Advanced Scheduler, HRSD, and Ga@Work.
  • Analyze information to determine customer requirements and concerns.
  • Perform systems integration and UAT testing as assigned.
  • Conduct data imports and exports within prescribed timeframes and ensure quality assurance and data integrity.
  • Maintain and update CRTs, look-up tables, reference materials, and structures to support changes in configuration and business rules.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Work with IT and stakeholders to resolve problems and provide solutions.
  • Assist in the development of standards and procedures.
