The HR Associate will be responsible for providing daily administrative support in the implementation of projects that directly align with the GIIN's mission and HR goals/objectives. Through the daily activities of the role, the HR Associate will support GIIN's HR team to ensure smoother HR operations and will carry out related activities directly related to HR policies, processes, and procedures. The HR Associate will support the HR function by participating in the implementation of global HR initiatives. This role will primarily focus on supporting payroll, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding activities. The HR Associate will act as the first-line, go-to person for employee inquiries about policies, resources, and programs, independently resolving requests and escalating issues to the Director as needed. In conjunction with the Director, HR, act as liaison for staff and vendors answering benefit questions, payroll questions, handling other issues that arise.
