About The Position

The HR Associate will support Construction HR by processing and auditing new hire paperwork and personnel transactions from project sites. This role involves data entry, compliance auditing, and providing customer service to various stakeholders while ensuring adherence to employment laws.

Requirements

  • Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements, including background checks and drug screens.
  • Experience in data entry or HR processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in Banking or HR.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry in HRIS.
  • Process and audit personnel transactions for compliance, both manually and electronically.
  • Load all paperwork electronically into employee files for records retention.
  • Provide customer service to managers, administrative staff, and employees, including verbal verifications from outside sources.
  • Support other HR functional areas as needed.
  • Prepare reports and ensure consistency of processes across HR systems.
  • Adhere to all federal, state, and local laws governing the employment process.
