About The Position

Family Pathways is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Human Resources Associate to join their team in North Branch, MN. This role is critical in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring employees have the necessary support. The Associate will collaborate with the Human Resources Manager to perform a wide range of administrative and HR functions, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, benefits administration, personnel management, payroll support, and regulatory and compliance. Family Pathways is a mission-based organization committed to enhancing lives through essential services and championing positive social change since 1978, serving communities across several counties in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
