About The Position

Family Pathways is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Human Resources Associate to join their team in North Branch, MN. This role is critical in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring employees have the necessary support. The Associate will collaborate with the Human Resources Manager to perform a wide range of administrative and HR functions, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, benefits administration, personnel management, payroll support, and regulatory and compliance. Family Pathways is a mission-based organization committed to enhancing lives through essential services and championing positive social change since 1978, serving communities across several counties in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Their support services include healthy food access, domestic and sexual violence prevention, victim services, supervised visitation, and services for older adults and caregivers. Family Pathways Thrift Stores also contribute to community investment and environmental stewardship.
