In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, attract top talent, and help ensure a positive and compliant employee experience across our growing businesses. This position is located in Manitowish Waters, WI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (HR), Business or related field.
• 2+ years of HR experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in hospitality industry preferred.
• Workday experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiting team and hiring managers on talent needs and strategies to attract quality candidates.
• Recruit for seasonal and year-round employees for multiple businesses associated with EAU Holdings.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and organizing employee documentation.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date job descriptions.
• Advise on HR policies, employee relations and terminations.
