The role involves facilitating the recruitment and hiring processes for classified staff, handling workers' compensation matters, ensuring compliance with New York State Department of Civil Service policies, and advising departments on recruitment processes. Additionally, the HRA will oversee the classified evaluation processes and tuition reimbursement programs.
