About The Position

The Human Resources Associate role at Legacy Health is focused on transforming traditional HR functions into innovative solutions that attract, develop, and retain diverse talent. The role is hybrid, requiring regular onsite meetings across the Portland Metro area, while also allowing for remote work on non-onsite days.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. Relevant experience may substitute for educational requirements.
• Three to five years of progressively responsible experience in the HR field; health care experience preferred.
• PHR certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of all HR functional areas including employment, benefits, compensation, employee relations, training and development, and human resources information.

Nice To Haves

• Strong presentation skills with the ability to present data and information effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to discern pertinent data from raw information and evaluate solutions.
• Experience with complex analytical tasks such as spreadsheets and report writing.

Responsibilities

• Provides analysis, support, and project management to HR colleagues and leaders/managers.
• Assists leadership level customers and employees with human resources strategies and employee and labor relations services.
