  • Assist the Human Resources Director with planning, coordinating and administering personnel activities for the Community.
  • Provide support for the Human Resources Team and employees.
  • Accurately enter employee data in systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Demonstrate initiative and be a quick learner.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a human resource department or similar work preferred.
  • Associate's Degree preferred, but will accept work experience in an office or other professional environment.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office software effectively.
  • Use of Excel is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively with staff and managers.
