About The Position

The primary purpose of this position is to provide support to the Employee Relations Manager. The role involves handling daily administration and Human Resources duties while serving as the face of the company in assisting our hourly and salaried employees, staffing agencies, and potential candidates with their daily needs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Clerical experience required.
  • Bilingual required, Spanish or Creole.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to resolve problems quickly.
  • Familiar with databases and/or common Human Resources systems.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a high volume/fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provides outstanding customer service/information to all internal and external customers.
  • Performs data entry in various systems such as Oracle HCM, Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG), and Oracle 12c.
  • Assists employees and candidates with daily needs.
