Requirements

  • 2-3 years human resources experience or excellent customer service

Nice To Haves

  • A college degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
  • Bilingual with English and Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR operations with accuracy and professionalism
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
  • Maintain confidential employee records and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Help coordinate training, events, and internal communications
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and responding to employee questions
  • Serve as a friendly, reliable resource for employee questions and support
  • Create fun, engaging internal marketing materials to promote HR initiatives and employee programs
  • Support employee engagement efforts, helping foster a positive and connected workplace
  • Provide backup support to other departments as needed to keep operations running smoothly
