Requirements

  • Associate degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of human resources experience (in a sales/service environment a plus)
  • Strong administrative skills with exceptional accuracy, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (including intermediate Excel)
  • Experience with HRIS systems and ADP Recruiting preferred
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Strong problem‑solving ability and eagerness to contribute to continuous improvement
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a knowledgeable, frontline HR resource for employees and managers—providing guidance, answering questions, and ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Manage applicants in ADP Recruiting Management, conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and prepare offer packages.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding, prepare orientation materials, audit paperwork, and ensure all systems and records are accurate and complete.
  • Prepare and distribute LOA materials, track documentation deadlines, and coordinate updates with employees and managers.
  • Maintain working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment regulations.
  • Administer the PureSafety learning platform—assign training, build curriculum, run reports, and track completions.
  • Maintain confidential employee files and perform regular audits to ensure compliance.
  • Update and maintain employee records in the HRIS.
  • Monitor key employee requirements such as benefits enrollment, safety training and PIT license renewal.
