The HR Assistant role provides front line HR support to employees day to day inquiries regarding HR systems and processes. The role updates and maintains records in the HRIS, the time tracking system, the door/badge security system and the LMS. The positions prepares and updates employee communications as well as the internal CCTV system and supports communication of Nidec Way recognition. The role is responsible for the promotion of company sponsored employee activities, contests and drawings. This position gathers and assists in the collection of information for site KPIs.
