About The Position

The position is responsible for managing all HR front desk reception duties, which includes greeting employees and visitors, and referring them to appropriate resources as necessary. The individual will respond to incoming telephone calls within five rings, assisting the caller or transferring the call to the appropriate individual. Additionally, the role involves responding to requests for information from applicants, employees, and community members, as well as assisting with correspondence as assigned. The position also includes performing various duties to support the Talent Acquisition Team and applicants.

Responsibilities
