The position is responsible for all HR front desk reception duties, which includes greeting employees and visitors and referring them to resources as necessary. The individual will respond to incoming telephone calls within five rings, assisting the caller or transferring the call to the appropriate individual. Additionally, the role involves responding appropriately to requests for information from applicants, employees, and community members, assisting with correspondence as assigned, and performing various duties to support the Talent Acquisition Team and applicants.
