About The Position
The Human Resources and Professional Development (HR/PD) Intern will be exposed to many functions of human resources and the firm's professional development programs. The intern will be involved in project-based work and daily operational activities, including onboarding and termination processing, benefits and recognition program support, maintenance of internal systems and personnel records, and coordination of training activities. This role will also assist with organizing content, managing knowledge assets, and supporting internal communications. This position is responsible for interacting with and supporting firm management and Clarkston stewards across these areas.
