About The Position

Human Resources/Office Administrator | Quarterly Bonus | $70,000 - $80,000 annually PREMIUM FREE Employee Healthcare Annual Merit Increases Paid Time Off - 2 Weeks Within the First Year 401k with Company Match Essential Functions & Job Responsibilities: Assists with employment, personnel records, employee relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, uniforms, payroll, organizational development and training. Facilitate activities related to recruitment, including job posting, candidate sourcing, coordinating interviews, requests for background checks, drug screens and/or results and attend recruitment/job fairs as needed. Conducts new hire and onboarding processes, including preparation and presentation of an offer letter, review of company policies and benefit plans and collection and processing of new hire paperwork. Coordinate events including but not limited to: employee recognition, branch events, customer and corporate tours. Responds to general inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, timecards, etc. from employees and leadership at various levels of the organization. Assures compliance with applicable Federal, State, and local laws as well as regulations from other applicable agencies. Performs general clerical duties to include filing, copying, maintaining, tracking, mailing and ordering necessary materials, etc. Performs other related duties as required and provide assistance to others as needed. Maintains visibility on the warehouse floor to foster positive relationships with non-supervisory staff. Assists with invoicing and consignments. Supervises the branch receptionist. Responsible for ordering supplies, filing and general administrative tasks. Some travel required - approximately 25%. Job Competencies: General understanding of FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEOC, COBRA and other state and federal regulations Exceptional customer service skills Comfortable speaking in front of a group. Excellent computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems and Canva Accurate and detail oriented Able to maintain confidentiality and objectivity Interpersonal skills with a courteous and professional demeanor Comfortable working independently and as part of a team to support overall business objectives.

Requirements
