About The Position
The New England Conference of The United Methodist Church is seeking a Human Resources and Benefits Manager to join our team. This full-time position is responsible for administering and supporting the conference's benefit programs, including retirement plans, health insurance, and other offerings. The role ensures timely and accurate communication with clergy, lay employees, and their families while serving as the primary point of contact for HR-related questions, concerns, and activities for conference staff.
