About The Position

The Human Resources and Accounting Manager is responsible for providing prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service while managing various HR and accounting functions. This includes updating the payroll system, counseling department heads and employees on performance reviews, personnel issues, scheduling, benefits, and wages. The role also involves coordinating administrative duties such as recruiting, hiring, payroll, performance reviews, orientation, and employee counseling. The manager works closely with store management to ensure maximum employee satisfaction and retention, while also handling store accounting tasks such as posting sales, cash accountability, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory procedures.
