The Human Resources Analyst position at the City of Carson involves performing journey-level professional human resources work under general direction. This role encompasses various areas including recruitment and selection, position classification, compensation, employee development, employee relations, and benefits administration. The analyst will be responsible for conducting job analyses, performing salary reviews, and developing salary and benefits data. The analyst will also coordinate employee training and development programs and may investigate accidents and inspect facilities as needed.
