About The Position

rag & bone is seeking an HR Analyst for a three month assignment to support the HR team with onboarding, employee data management, and process optimization. This role will help drive efficiency across day-to-day HR operations while ensuring a smooth and seamless employee experience. This role will report into the Director of Visual Operations with a dotted line into the head of store construction.

Requirements

• Experience with ADP.
• Experience handling HR admin related tasks like onboarding and follow up.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fashion/Retail experience a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work onsite Monday-Wednesday.

Responsibilities

• Prepare internal documentation for promotions, pay/location/title/status changes.
• Initiate and complete new hire onboarding in ADP and send wage docs.
• Ensure timecard & PTO submissions are on time.
• Track new hires, promotions and other internal changes and termination for payroll processing.
• Assist with management of shared HR inbox, ensuring that inquiries are responded to timely and accurately.
