The Phoenix Police Department's Human Resources unit is seeking a Human Resources Analyst. The Human Resources Analyst position performs professional level human resources work in a variety of HR functions including payroll and HR transactions, creating and delivering training, providing recruiting and selection services to hiring supervisors, entering grievances, and determining calculations of seniority. Additional responsibilities that this role may oversee: * Managing the Vacation Carry Over program. * Auditing productivity enhancement payments. * Overseeing the department's Sergeant Promotional Process. * Coordinating security access requests for the Police HR applications. * Supervising staff that perform duties related to position management, transfer functions, payroll/HR transactions, audits, and other duties as assigned.
