The County of Marin is seeking an Employee and Labor Relations Analyst to join the Human Resources Department. This position is dedicated to supporting employee growth and well-being through various services including recruitment, employee benefits and wellness, organizational and career development, labor and employee relations, and equal employment opportunity. The Employee and Labor Relations Division advises departments in personnel and labor contract matters, focusing on nurturing harmonious labor-management relations. The successful candidate will work closely with department managers and supervisors to provide guidance on Human Resources policies, procedures, and regulations, while also conducting analytical studies and projects related to the work.
