About The Position

The position actively supports the Company's commitment to safety and its 'Core Values.' The individual will represent the Company at all times with high moral standards while adhering to the Company's 'Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.' Responsibilities include defining, recommending, and implementing recruitment strategies throughout the organization, managing internal/external job postings, applicant tracking, social media and job advertisements, selective participation in college recruiting and career fairs, contact with community agencies and staffing firms, and development of recruiting materials. The role also involves assisting Managers with resume review, candidate interview and selection, salary recommendations in line with the Company's salary administration guidelines, and drafting and communicating employment offers. Additionally, the position manages employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor and employment law, coaching and counseling managers and employees, and providing HR training. The individual will stay current on HR trends and best practices within the construction industry and participate in community outreach events and initiatives.
