About The Position

The Human Resources Administrator will provide essential administrative support to the HR department, specifically assisting the Senior Human Resources Director and Talent Acquisition Manager in tasks related to the sales function. This role focuses on onboarding, record management, communication, recruitment support, training coordination, and reporting, ensuring smooth operations within the HR team and the sales department.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Minimum one year of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within Human Resources or a sales environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and HR software, with experience in Workday being a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team, focusing on sales-related functions.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new sales team members, including preparation of welcome materials and scheduling training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and organized employee records, including sales performance data and compliance documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between HR and the sales team, facilitating clear communication regarding HR policies and initiatives.
  • Assist in the recruitment process for sales positions, including posting job openings and coordinating interviews.
  • Help coordinate training sessions and workshops for the sales team, including logistics and attendance tracking.
  • Generate and maintain reports related to HR metrics for the sales department.
