We're hiring a Human Resources Administrator to Live. Work. Explore. in Columbia Falls, Montana! Job Summary:Provides administrative support to the human resources department on all personnel matters and assist with data entry, filing and the processing of incoming applications. Oversees the check in room and assist with the checking in and orientation of all new employees. Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent degree.
  • One year business school training or related work experience.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must possess extreme attention to detail.
  • Must possess multi-tasking ability and ability to handle large volumes of work.
  • Must be friendly, enthusiastic and courteous when dealing with employees, guests and coworkers.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to walk and stand.
  • Must be able to bend, kneel, stretch, and reach for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
  • Must have valid US driver's license and good driver record.

Responsibilities

  • Perform various data entry tasks in Cloudsuite, ICIMS, Krono's and Excel, including but not limited to, address changes, social security numbers, employees numbers, training hours, etc. Bring discrepant information to the attention of the HR Manager.
  • Handle a variety of other administrative duties as required, to include filing, mailing, answering phones, answering inquiries and photocopying.
  • Create and maintain personnel file for all employees in the filing system.
  • Assist with the checking in and orientation of all seasonal employees and the processing of new hire paperwork.
  • Develop the check in list for each orientation and pull the employee files for processing.
  • Greet internal customers (employees) and direct them to the proper staff member for answers to questions.
  • Greet external customers (visitors) either in person or on the telephone in a friendly and professional manner. Answer basic questions regarding available jobs, the Company and its services.
  • Ensure adequate supply of hiring documents, welcome gifts, ID badges and onboarding clipboards are kept full for each orientation session.
  • Ensure orientation room is clean and set up for each day; coffee and water is available; set up and clean up lunch during orientation.
  • Produce and distribute name-tags and ID badges.
  • Assist with employee recognition program including coordinating the distribution of end of season gifts.
  • Keep the uniform room organized. Distribute uniform items during operating season and coordinate uniform returns.
  • Assist with the preparation of training materials for upcoming training events based on attendee counts (may include: HR Training materials, orientations packets, etc).
  • Coordinate and track the W2 requests.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretions in regards to personnel files and all other issues relating to staff.
  • Process background checks in Sterling system.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
