- Support the Director, Executive Team, District Administration, and staff in their roles and responsibilities
- Work independently within a team structure to achieve goals and objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent in the district
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and other stakeholders to achieve district goals and objectives
